Full Colour Garment Printing
Direct to Garment printing or DTG is the latest innovation in the garment printing industry. This method allows you to print full color, photo realistic images directly on to almost any fabric using eco friendly inks. It also provides excellent image durability and wash fastness, and provides a soft, breathable image feel. This process is permanent, not an iron on transfer and is perfect when printing images with multiple colors. We use state of the art DTG Printers that are designed to output high quality and high volume runs in full color.
We can print from almost any image type including jpeg, bmp, tiff and more. Your graphic file should be as large as possible as it is easy to shrink an image to fit, but when enlarging an image, quality loss may result.
We can print up to a 12.5″ x 16″ image size and your artwork should be at 300 dpi. If you have concerns about your artwork or images please contact us.

The easiest way for you to get a quote is to fill out our quote form. It only takes about a minute to fill out and will provide us with all the necessary information to give you an accurate quote. Alternatively, you can send us an email at info@tshirtprintingtoronto.ca and include the details of your order including the amount of shirts you need, the amount of colors in your artwork or design and the where on the shirt you want your artwork to be printed. Finally, you can call us and speak to one of our representatives who will give you a quick quote over the phone.
Turnaround Times:
Our turnaround times for DTG printing is as fast as a few hours, but this will vary depending on our production schedule and how many orders are ahead of yours. Our industrial printers can print shirts in as little as 20 seconds which allows us to complete orders faster than other companies.

If you are unsure if your artwork is ready to print send us an email with the artwork and we will check it free of charge and let you know if you need any changes or if it is good to go. If you have any other artwork or set up questions send us an email.

As many as you want. DTG printing has no set-up fees and is able to print an unlimited amount of colors with no extra charges.
We can turnaround orders very quickly. In some cases just a few hours, but the typical order will be completed within 1-3 days.
Yes. We use water based inks specifically designed for apparel. Pair that with one of our eco-friendly garments and you have a garment that has been created with the earth in mind.
Pricing is based on amount of shirts ordered and how many locations you want printed. Fill out the quote form or call us for a custom quote.
With direct to garment printing we are unable to do an exact match, but we will do our best to match them as close as possible. If you need an exact match please choose screen printing.
Yes, we can print unlimited colors at high resolutions resulting in high quality, photo images.
We offer free delivery within the greater Toronto area on certain orders. Please contact us for more information.
The maximum print size for DTG printing is 15″ x 18″.
Ring spun cotton provides the tightest weave and will provide a superior printing surface. 100% cotton shirts also work very well. We are able to print on cotton/polyester blends also.
Yes, we are able to print on any color shirt including dark garments

Yes, we have a team of graphic designers ready to take on any project. We will also design basic artwork for you free of charge. Please call or email us for design rates.
We require all artwork to be actual size at 300 dpi and in separate layers. Convert all fonts to outlines. Photoshop or illustrator files are ideal. Vector graphics are the preferred format for printing.
